Stephanie Whitten

Stephanie is a certified personal trainer. She has more than 10 years of martial arts training and years of experience as a collegiate athlete. She is the head instructor for our youth and after-school fitness programs. Through her many years of experience, she has influenced the lives of many with her passion for family and fitness.

 
George Whitten

George is a certified personal trainer with over 20 years of experience and continuing education. He is less than a year away from completing his Bachelor of Science in Sports Management with a concentration in Fitness and Wellness through California University of Pennsylvania. He’s also a certified Karate instructor with over 10 years of experience. His enthusiasm for fitness and exercise is highly contagious, and he has helped many people realize the joys of fitness, exercise and regaining control over their health and lives – he’s ready to do the same for you!

 
Bianca Wiggins

Bianca is a certified Zumba instructor. She was inspired to become an instructor after experiencing the personal benefits of Zumba. She enjoys sharing her gift with others and will make sure you enjoy every moment you are with her.

 
Trudi Taylor

Trudi Taylor has practiced yoga for over 25 years. She believes in yoga’s ability to help her enjoy the good things in life and get through the sad days. After struggling for years as a dancer, yoga balanced her strength and flexibility. She doesn’t believe yoga is only for the young and thin but can be fun and helpful for anyone – from people who describe themselves as flexible and strong to the “less than fit” and “not bendy”! She specializes in arranging classes for all fitness levels. Come quieten your mind and create focus in your hectic life!
