Our group fitness classes are for all fitness levels. We have certified instructors that will show you exactly what to do. All workouts are designed for you.  All you have to do is have a great time, while working out in a warm and friendly environment. Our workouts will challenge you and help you get in shape!

Cardio Kickboxing is a blend of stances, punches, kicks and other techniques that are sure to give you an incredible workout. Learn boxing techniques that burn calories and provide exceptional toning. A great way to drop a few pounds.
 

 

 

Zumba Fitness is a great way to burn calories to the sound of motivational music and dancing. You will have so much fun you’ll forget you are working out!

Yoga come join us as we learn to balance our strength with flexibility, our body with our heart. Hands-on instruction in a small group for healthier posture, developing core strength, and easier movement throughout your life! Men and women are welcome. Classes are taught for all levels with modifications for beginners to the advanced practitioner. Wear stretchy clothes and bring your mat.
