Group Fitness

Our group fitness classes are for all fitness levels. We have certified instructors that will show you exactly what to do. All workouts are designed for you.  All you have to do is have a great time, while working out in a warm and friendly environment. Our workouts will challenge you and help you get in shape!

Cardio Kickboxing is a blend of stances, punches, kicks and other
kickboxing techniques that are sure to give you an incredible workout. Learn
kickboxing moves that burn calories and provide exceptional toning.
Cardio kickboxing is a great way to drop a few pounds.



Zumba Fitness is a great way to burn calories to the sound of motivational
music and dancing. You will have so much fun with Zumba you’ll forget
you are working out! Currently not on the schedule – Zumba will return soon!



XFIT is not your normal workout! Experience an incredible workout that will
improve your strength, your cardiovascular endurance and muscular




Barbell Pump & Flow
This is a 30 minute strength training class using a barbell for a full body workout. The class is designed to help lift, tone and strengthen every inch of your body.
